Essent Spa Professional Treatments
Our clients are most important to us. Because of this, we now offer a safe, affordable and effective teeth whitening product with all individuals in mind. You can now receive our whitening service at Essent Spa while relaxing in our tranquility room or processing your hair color at the salon.
What will happening during my procedure?
First you will clean your teeth using a special teeth wipe that is included in your teeth whitening kit. Then, you will open your sealed sealed gel mouth piece tray and place it on your teeth. You will be given protective eyewear to use during your treatment. We will help you place a LED light about one inch from your teeth. The timer will be set for either 20 minute or 40 minutes depending on the degree of teeth whitening your desire. Once the treatment is complete, you can remove the tray and remove any excess gel with an addition provided teeth wipe.
How Does it Work?
Essent Teeth whitening is a bleaching process that lightens discolored tooth enamel. It works by opening the pores of your teeth in order to draw out staining. Once the pores of your teeth are opened, the active ingredient works to oxidize stains and neutralize them.
We use a safe, FDA approved, non-abrasive chemical called carbamide peroxide combined with LED light.

I only trust Meg Dougherty for my injectables! I've been going to her for 2+ years now and wouldn't see anyone else. Meg has been working across Delaware County and the mainline for many years now, but recently heard of her through a friend. I have been to several dermatology spas up and down the Main Line and I can honestly say, Essent Spa has the best aesthetician, Julie. Julie has been helping me for about a year now. Typical complaints from a 50+ woman, wrinkles appearing, dark spots, a bit of rosacea etc. Most places suggest Botox & Fillers as their go to but Julie analysis my skin and gets to know my personality then formulates a plan. Julie with Essent is amazing! I was apprehensive about Botox and similar services - I don’t want to look fake, overly injected the way others do. Look no further, THIS SPA IS ABSOLUTE PERFECTION! The massages are heavenly and the facials are the best! [I even brought my daughter in for her first facial - I wanted it to be done right! Thank you, Dr. Alison!] While there are a handful of nice spas on the Main Line, this really is a class above; gorgeous decor, truly RESORT-class! I usually only get massages on vacation and this definitely has that vibe. Check out the pictures! Also, the spa has a beautiful area to relax in after your treatment. They offer you eye pillows and wine...and soothing, flavored waters. Finally, a place on the main line where you can enjoy a spa atmosphere while getting medical office procedures done! Billie Jo did such a good job with my facial that I'm going back for another, just so I can take advantage of the add-on options!

Kelly D'OrazioI have been to several dermatology spas up and down the Main Line and I can honestly say, Essent Spa has the best aesthetician, Julie. Julie has been helping me for several years. Typical complaints from a 50+ woman, wrinkles appearing, dark spots, a bit of rosacea etc. Most places suggest Botox & Fillers as their go to but Julie analysis my skin and gets to know my personality then formulates a plan. I am pleasantly surprised after the result from each visit. She has never pushed me towards expensive treatments.
