I only trust Meg Dougherty for my injectables! I've been going to her for 2+ years now and wouldn't see anyone else. Meg has been working across Delaware County and the mainline for many years now, but recently heard of her through a friend. Before going to Meg, I usually went to a prominent salon and spa in the area. Not that they weren't good but they didn't offer the consultative touch that Meg provides. I have been to several dermatology spas up and down the Main Line and I can honestly say, Essent Spa has the best aesthetician, Julie. Julie has been helping me for about a year now. Typical complaints from a 50+ woman, wrinkles appearing, dark spots, a bit of rosacea etc. Most places suggest Botox & Fillers as their go to but Julie analysis my skin and gets to know my personality then formulates a plan. I am pleasantly surprised after the result from each visit. She has never pushed me towards expensive treatments. Julie with Essent is amazing! I was apprehensive about Botox and similar services - I don’t want to look fake, overly injected the way others do. Because Julie is not only a licensed cosmetologist but also a RN, she gave me the confidence to take the plunge and I will never look back! We first started w/Botox and then the Vampire Facial. Look no further, THIS SPA IS ABSOLUTE PERFECTION! The massages are heavenly and the facials are the best! [I even brought my daughter in for her first facial - I wanted it to be done right! Thank you, Dr. Alison!] While there are a handful of nice spas on the Main Line, this really is a class above; gorgeous decor, truly RESORT-class! I usually only get massages on vacation and this definitely has that vibe. Check out the pictures! They made me feel incredibly comfortable during the procedure and they are extremely nice. Dr. Alison was very honest in regards to how the procedure would feel like before it happened, and how it would feel afterwards - so I knew exactly what to expect. Dr. Alison and her assistant were with me during the entire time I was there, talking to me and making sure I was comfortable and distracted during the Sculpsure procedure. Excellent results after surgery lymph node cleanse. Relieved sever pain that surgeon said would take 7 to 10 weeks to heal. I going again next week but I feel so good and can walk with out pain! I highly recommend Heather Langston for Botox! Omg! Seriously made me feel so comfy and relaxed. I was very nervous . She was the 1st person to ever suggest I get it done on my jaw line/molers. She instantly pointed out that there lots of inflammation. It never occurred to me that it was from grinding my teeth . I only wished we took a before and after picture!! Also, the spa has a beautiful area to relax in after your treatment. They offer you eye pillows and wine...and soothing, flavored waters. I went with a friend and it was so nice to be able to hang out and relax in such a tranquil lounge after we were done our treatments. This spa, is by far, my favorite! can't wait to go back again!

I had a lovely experience at Essent Spa! Dr. Alison greeted me herself and my esthetician Adriene was great. I am pregnant so I went for the gentle facial treatment and was extremely pleased with the results! I will go back soon.

Finally, a place on the main line where you can enjoy a spa atmosphere while getting medical office procedures done! Billie Jo did such a good job with my facial that I'm going back for another, just so I can take advantage of the add-on options!

Typical complaints from a 50+ woman, wrinkles appearing, dark spots, a bit of rosacea etc. Most places suggest Botox & Fillers as their go to but Julie analysis my skin and gets to know my personality then formulates a plan. I am pleasantly surprised after the result from each visit. She has never pushed me towards expensive treatments.
