Dr Alison Abiri and her team of certified laser technicians use advanced techniques needed to be able to preform such a complex treatment. I only trust Meg Dougherty for my injectables! I've been going to her for 2+ years now and wouldn't see anyone else. Meg has been working across Delaware County and the mainline for many years now, but recently heard of her through a friend. Before going to Meg, I usually went to a prominent salon and spa in the area. Not that they weren't good but they didn't offer the consultative touch that Meg provides. Meg was able to address my problem areas with confidence and doesn't over do it keeping my look very natural. I receive so many compliments on my complexion nowadays I can only thank Meg! I have been to several dermatology spas up and down the Main Line and I can honestly say, Essent Spa has the best aesthetician, Julie. Julie has been helping me for about a year now. Typical complaints from a 50+ woman, wrinkles appearing, dark spots, a bit of rosacea etc. Most places suggest Botox & Fillers as their go to but Julie analysis my skin and gets to know my personality then formulates a plan. I am pleasantly surprised after the result from each visit. She has never pushed me towards expensive treatments. In fact Julie has often advised me against certain procedures telling me I would be better off with… She is simply amazing!!

Julie with Essent is amazing! I was apprehensive about Botox and similar services - I don’t want to look fake, overly injected the way others do. Because Julie is not only a licensed cosmetologist but also a RN, she gave me the confidence to take the plunge and I will never look back! We first started w/Botox and then the Vampire Facial. No one (not even my husband) has asked me if I have had anything “done” but I get many compliments on my skin regularly and I love the way I look.

This was my first time doing a laser hair removal treatment after years of uncomfortable ingrown hairs so needless to say I was very nervous. Julie was very gentle with the process and calmly explained everything she would be doing and would make sure to ask if I was okay if she noticed I was uncomfortable. 10/10 would recommend

This was my first time going to a spa. I choose Essent because of the online reviews praising them. Let me tell you-all the reviews are not kidding! This place is amazing!! They made us feel comfortable and very welcome. My daughter (12) who's very shy...asked if we can go back for another facial. Had this been a bad experience she would not have wanted to return. I died and went to heaven. This is how wonderful this spa was. I had a massage and body scrub and wrap. The best spa I ever went to. My husband did his homework when buying me this gift! Look no further, THIS SPA IS ABSOLUTE PERFECTION! The massages are heavenly and the facials are the best! [I even brought my daughter in for her first facial - I wanted it to be done right! Thank you, Dr. Alison!] While there are a handful of nice spas on the Main Line, this really is a class above; gorgeous decor, truly RESORT-class! I usually only get massages on vacation and this definitely has that vibe. Check out the pictures! I've recommended it for co-workers traveling from out-of-state (NY'ers, Californians, Chicagoans) - they love it! Fabulous gift idea! Love this place!

Dr. Alison was very honest in regards to how the procedure would feel like before it happened, and how it would feel afterwards - so I knew exactly what to expect. Dr. Alison and her assistant were with me during the entire time I was there, talking to me and making sure I was comfortable and distracted during the Sculpsure procedure.
