I only trust Meg Dougherty for my injectables! I've been going to her for 2+ years now and wouldn't see anyone else. Meg has been working across Delaware County and the mainline for many years now, but recently heard of her through a friend. Before going to Meg, I usually went to a prominent salon and spa in the area. Not that they weren't good but they didn't offer the consultative touch that Meg provides. Meg was able to address my problem areas with confidence and doesn't over do it keeping my look very natural. I receive so many compliments on my complexion nowadays I can only thank Meg! Not to mention scheduling with her is so easy and convenient! They offer online scheduling and Meg tailors her hours to working professionals. Cause let's be honest, we need it the most! Go see Meg.

I have been to several dermatology spas up and down the Main Line and I can honestly say, Essent Spa has the best aesthetician, Julie. Julie has been helping me for about a year now. Typical complaints from a 50+ woman, wrinkles appearing, dark spots, a bit of rosacea etc. Most places suggest Botox & Fillers as their go to but Julie analysis my skin and gets to know my personality then formulates a plan. I am pleasantly surprised after the result from each visit. She has never pushed me towards expensive treatments. In fact Julie has often advised me against certain procedures telling me I would be better off with… She is simply amazing!!

Julie is amazing!! My mom and I both see her and trust her with our faces, whether it’s Botox or filler. She listens to what your concerns are and talks you through the options, but makes sure it will look good and is honest if something would look off. I recommend to anyone in the area looking for medspa-type services!

I have had the most amazing experience at Essent Spa. Julie, my service provider, and Dr. Alison, spa owner have been wonderful. My experience began with speaking with Dr. Alison on the phone and receiving recommendations on services and a walk-through on what to expect. She is extremely hands-on and knowledgeable, which makes the client feel confident in their decisions and services. Then, Julie did my services, which were amazing! With Julie’s calm demeanor, intelligence, and professionalism, I felt comfortable the entire time. I’ve seen amazing results , while maintaining an extremely natural look. Julie is truly an artist. I have never done filler before and was nervous about looking unnatural. Julie took the time to gradually build the results I wanted and I couldn't be happier! Julie with Essent is amazing! I was apprehensive about Botox and similar services - I don’t want to look fake, overly injected the way others do. Because Julie is not only a licensed cosmetologist but also a RN, she gave me the confidence to take the plunge and I will never look back! We first started w/Botox and then the Vampire Facial. No one (not even my husband) has asked me if I have had anything “done” but I get many compliments on my skin regularly and I love the way I look.

This was my first time doing a laser hair removal treatment after years of uncomfortable ingrown hairs so needless to say I was very nervous. Julie was very gentle with the process and calmly explained everything she would be doing and would make sure to ask if I was okay if she noticed I was uncomfortable. 10/10 would recommend

My nurse injector, Julie Magolon, was very knowledgeable. This was my first time having Botox and I was a little concerned. She explained each step of the way. Very gentle and a rather simple procedure. I would love to go back for other treatments. I highly recommend Julie!

Heather is the absolute best in every way! She is extremely proficient at what she does, in addition to being a great conversationalist. She is always very thoughtful about how she handles my procedures and listens to what I’m trying to achieve and makes it happen. Dr. Alison is also incredibly warm and gracious and shows me how much she appreciates my patronage. Every person who I have worked with at Essent Spa has been amazing. Heather Pierce was amazing! I had the Botox/Dysport Experience, and she was gentle and knowledgeable. She suggested I get a bit above my eyebrows for a "lift," and I looked refreshed without the "you had something done" look. She loves what she does and it shows.

Essent Spa has a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. My husband and I recently shared a “spa day” together, getting facials, body treatments and massage. Billie Joe’s facial is heavenly and Jamie knows how to get rid of all the stress and tension with her deep tissue massage. Add this to your list of to do’s!

Wow!! I loved Stacey. She has magical hands. I have a very physical job and she worked on me for 80 min sports deep tissue. She packs a mighty punch of awesome. I felt so chill and pain free. I will be coming back to get.

Juliet was my massage therapist. My treatment was a body scrub, mud wrap & massage. She was very nice & kept me comfortable the entire time. Rest of staff was friendly as well. I will definitely be back & it's close to home.

Finally, hands on the main line that can rival the hands I’ve experienced in my global spa hopping m! Stacey was incredibly strong and intuitive. This was my first time going to a spa. I choose Essent because of the online reviews praising them. Let me tell you-all the reviews are not kidding! This place is amazing!! They made us feel comfortable and very welcome. My daughter (12) who's very shy...asked if we can go back for another facial. Had this been a bad experience she would not have wanted to return. I died and went to heaven. This is how wonderful this spa was. I had a massage and body scrub and wrap. The best spa I ever went to. My husband did his homework when buying me this gift! I was recently at a spa in Napa and the quality of the services doesn’t compare. Staff is very professional and kind. My best friend and I are already planning our next trip to the spa.

Great spa located in suburbs, had ultimate massage with Jaime, it was very relaxing and can't wait to schedule another appointment with her. After massage, went into lounge and was given a warm neck wrap and relaxed with assortment of teas, flavored waters and hot chocolate.

I had a mineral scrub and seaweed wrap today and it was fantastic. The foot massage was a plus and well received by my tired feet. I could do just a foot scrub and massage forever! Juliet was awesome and I felt rejuvenated. It was all I had imagined!

Dr. Alison is very professional. She personally checks on her clients and makes sure they are comfortable with any service they chose. Heather is amazing too: Very gentle and a good listener. Both make suggestions but are not “pushy”. The spa is beautiful, very clean, very relaxing. I highly recommend this place.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my (several) times at Essent and am already looking forward to my next aoooibtment! I’ve had multiple facials, peels and injections and always walk away feeling fresh and looking more youthful. Wonderful place! So beautifully serene and hospitable from the moment I check in. I receive treatments from Heather, and will continue to book with her as she is simply the best! Very friendly and likable, but most importantly, I feel very comfortable with her as she is obviously a professional with years of experience behind her. My experience with Essent Spa was amazing! Dr. Alison and Heather were very patient with me about my concerns of the treatment that I was getting. They were both very kind and knowledgeable. Heather helped to make my experience so much more relaxing being as though I was super nervous. I saw instant results prior to leaving the salon, and couldn’t have been happier. Loved this spa and the experience. The tranquility room is beautiful and serene and it was a pleasure to wait there until my facial began. The facial was amazing. Loved the location in Wayne, and lots of parking. Online appointments make it so easy to schedule. I definitely recommend the facial.

My wife had an appointment and she loved the entire experience, she even extended the treatment an extra 30 mins. She raved about Stacey whom she said was phenomenal. the staff treated me great, they provided me with beverages, snacks and updates while I waited. I already have an appointment for my wife to go back in 2 weeks. She was very happy which makes my life happy!!!!

Look no further, THIS SPA IS ABSOLUTE PERFECTION! The massages are heavenly and the facials are the best! [I even brought my daughter in for her first facial - I wanted it to be done right! Thank you, Dr. Alison!] While there are a handful of nice spas on the Main Line, this really is a class above; gorgeous decor, truly RESORT-class! I usually only get massages on vacation and this definitely has that vibe. Check out the pictures! I've recommended it for co-workers traveling from out-of-state (NY'ers, Californians, Chicagoans) - they love it! Fabulous gift idea! Love this place!

They made me feel incredibly comfortable during the procedure and they are extremely nice. Dr. Alison was very honest in regards to how the procedure would feel like before it happened, and how it would feel afterwards - so I knew exactly what to expect. Dr. Alison and her assistant were with me during the entire time I was there, talking to me and making sure I was comfortable and distracted during the Sculpsure procedure. I wouldn't trust anyone else, Essent Spa is THE BEST place to have your Sculpsure done!
